In response to Senator Rick Scott again voting against the Right to IVF Act, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) spokesperson Maeve Coyle issued the following statement:
“As Scott continues to vote against protections for IVF treatment, he continues to demonstrate the threat he poses to Florida women’s right to make personal decisions about their health care and their families. In November, Florida voters will hold Scott accountable for his attacks on women’s reproductive freedom by firing him from the Senate.”
