U.S. “Job Market Keeps Strengthening” As Jobless Claims Hit A New Pandemic Low Thanks To Democrats’ American Rescue Plan

The U.S. “jobs picture improves” as unemployment claims hit “a new pandemic low” this week –– the latest sign that the “job market keeps strengthening.”

Experts credit the strengthening job market and “economic rebound” with “a strong pace of Covid-19 vaccines” –– made possible by President Biden and Senate Democrats’ American Rescue Plan. 

“Today’s unemployment numbers are yet another reminder that while Senate Democrats stood up for the American people and delivered real relief that is providing tangible results every day, Republicans did nothing but stand in the way of our country’s recovery,” said DSCC spokesperson Jazmin Vargas. “Voters won’t forget how every GOP Senator opposed the checks, shots and jobs needed to make sure Americans get back on track.”
