QUICK CLIP: Ron Johnson Criticizes Vaccination Efforts, Espouses Dangerous Anti-Science Rhetoric

During an interview with a local conservative radio show yesterday, Senator Ron Johnson once again embraced dangerous vaccine skepticism, criticized “the ‘big push’ to ensure everyone is vaccinated against coronavirus,” and even argued that vaccine distribution should be limited. 

LISTEN HERE: “I think we probably should have limited the distribution of it to the vulnerable … To the very young, I see no reason to be pushing vaccines on people … If you have a vaccine, quite honestly what do you care if your neighbor has one or not?… I’m getting highly suspicious of what’s happening here.”

This “deadly” anti-science rhetoric is just the latest example of Johnson standing against what is best for Wisconsin. Johnson “is one of the Senate’s most prolific promoters of coronavirus pseudoscience” and has transformed into “the Republican Party’s foremost amplifier of conspiracy theories and disinformation”:
