In response to Johnson voting no on cloture for the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Amanda Sherman Baity released the following statement:
“Ron Johnson’s continued opposition to a bipartisan plan that will grow millions of good-paying American jobs by investing in our roads, highways, bridges, clean drinking water, and high speed internet only serves to demonstrate that he cares more about obstruction and petty politics than delivering for his state or helping America compete with countries like China. Voters will hold Johnson accountable for turning his back on his constituents time and time again.”
