DSCC Statement Ahead Of NRSC Chair Rick Scott’s Speech To Georgia GOP

In response to NRSC Chair Rick Scott today speaking at the Georgia Republican Party’s 2022 Spring Gala, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee spokesperson Amanda Sherman-Baity issued the following statement:

“Wherever he goes, Rick Scott is putting the GOP’s unpopular agenda to raise taxes on seniors and working families, end Social Security and Medicare and spike the cost of health care front and center. Scott and Senate Republicans are obsessed with pushing the interests of the wealthiest few and big corporations that get rich by keeping prices high – and that will lead their campaigns to defeat in 2022.”
