The DSCC raised $3.8 million in October, beating the NRSC by a whopping $1.5 million despite being in the minority. The DSCC has $9.6 million cash on hand and has outraised the NRSC for 8 out of 10 months this year. The committee continued to lower its operational debt, which now stands at $5.7 million.
