DSCC Launches New Digital Ad Against David McCormick: “Salon”

Today, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) is releasing a new digital ad in the Pennsylvania Senate race, “Salon.”

The spot features Pennsylvania women discussing David McCormick’s record of opposing women’s reproductive freedom, even in cases of rape or incest.

The ad will reach voters on digital platforms starting today as part of the DSCC’s previously announced $79 million advertising plan.

SALON

Transcript:

Woman 1: I cannot wait for this election to be over.

Woman 2: Girl, same.

Woman 3: Same here.

Woman 1: Dave McCormick said he’s pro-life like that’s a good thing.

Woman 2: That’s ridiculous.

Woman 1: Dave McCormick is anti-abortion, said he’d oppose it, even in cases of rape or incest.

Woman 3: What?

Woman 2: That’s why I’m about Bob Casey, he has the right approach about abortion.

Woman 3: And I can’t believe how extreme Dave McCormick is.

Woman 1: Bob Casey, he’d support our rights, and that’s so important right now.

Woman 2: I’m not for Dave McCormick. I’m voting for Bob Casey.

Woman 1: Yeah, me too.
