DSCC LAUNCHES NEW AD CAMPAIGN IN LOCAL BLACK MEDIA OUTLETS ACROSS 7 BATTLEGROUNDS → This week, the DSCC announced a new advertising campaign in local Black media outlets across seven battleground states (FL, MD, MI, OH, PA, TX, and WI), directing voters to IWillVote.com, reminding individuals to make a plan to vote, and highlighting the importance of participating in the 2024 Senate elections.

AND THE WINNER IS…JEZEBEL RANKS “BATSHIT” GOP SENATE CANDIDATE SCANDALS  → New reporting by Jezebel details how “nearly every GOP candidate has been embroiled in some comically absurd scandal or another,” including “call[ing] women ‘crazy’ for caring about abortion rights…compar[ing] himself to a falsely accused rapist…[and one who] doesn’t even appear to live in the state where he’s running.”

🕶️ SENATE REPUBLICANS’ “RISKY BUSINESS” RECORDS BITE National Journal details how Senate Republicans’ “business credentials haven’t resonated with voters” and how “Democrats are on the air attacking the candidates’ business practices and investments, scrutinizing their purported success, and questioning their ties to the state they’re running in.”

  • IN PA, MCCORMICK “HIGHLY POLISHED AT UTTERING PURE BALONEY” → The Philadelphia Inquirer opinion team slammed McCormick’s debate performance this week, with one summary concluding, “McCormick’s debate performance was a reminder of just how ill-suited he is to replace Casey.”
  • IN MI, ROGERS “VISIBLY FRUSTRATED” AT MENTION OF DEVOSThe Gander details that Rogers was “visibly frustrated” when Betsy DeVos, “one of his campaign’s biggest donors,” was mentioned during the debate, saying he is “not sure” how DeVos “has anything to do with us trying to improve education for our kids” despite her serving as the former United States Secretary of Education.

  • Colin Allred’s campaign released a new ad featuring Kate Cox who shares her story of having to flee Texas to get emergency care because of Ted Cruz’s abortion ban.
