Today, one week ahead of the second anniversary of the Republican Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) spokesperson Annie Lentz issued the following statement:

“When Republicans overturned Roe v. Wade, they made women’s reproductive freedom a defining issue of every Senate race. And in every Senate race, Republican candidates have made clear they oppose women’s right to make their own health care decisions and stand in lockstep with their party’s dangerous agenda to ban abortion nationwide, without exceptions. That’s why, in 2024, voters will act to protect their rights, freedoms and lives by rejecting GOP Senate candidates and protecting Democrats’ Senate majority.”
